- Most of our products ship FREE to all 50 states
- The cost for shipping and handling are determined by the total weight of orders.
- All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- The processing time for orders are between 1-3 days.
- For faster delivery, you can choose to upgrade your shipping method.
Processing and Handling times
The processing and handling time is the time it takes us to make your product, package it, and ship it. We do our best to make sure your order ships out between 1 to 3 business days Mondays-Fridays

Guam, The US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico shipments and delivery will be shipped internationally. The shipping rates will be calculated when you place your order.
APO/FPO
A Mermaid’s Grace ships to APO/DPO/FPO locations. All orders are shipped via USPS. There is no tracking number provided with this shipping.
International shipping
Yes! We ship internationally. We can’t give you a precise cost for your shipment as this is determined by your order and your location.
Canada:
The shipping rates to Canada include all duties and fees. You can expect to receive your order between 6-17 business days. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.
other international countries:
It takes between 10-20 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Please note: Some countries do charge additional customs fees and carrier charges. We are sorry, we will not be able to reimburse you for any additional charges you may incur. To be safe, contact your local customs office to find out what to expect.
