How Long will it take to process my order?
After you place an, it takes about 1 to 3 business days to complete your order. This may vary depending on the product ordered but we will keep you informed throughout the process
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our orders are shipped via USPS and UPS (in the USA). Most of the time, it takes about 2 to 7 business days for you to receive your order after it ships. We provide tracking numbers for all orders. International shipping takes between 10 and 20 business days.
I changed my mind, I would like to cancel my order.
In case this happens, send us a message or an email immediately and we will take care of you.
What if I don't like the product I received.
No problem, if you don’t like the product you received, contact us immediately and we will process a full refund.
How come I haven't received my order?
For any order, give it about 8 business days to get to you. If it’s been that long, check your tracking number. If you have no luck, send a message or call us and we will gladly help you out with that.
