what causes acne
In adolescents, we know it’s the hormonal changes and the over productive sebaceous glands that are the culprits. In older people, it’s many things but the main culprits are sebaceous glands and clogged pores. People with both dry and oily skin will still get acne breakouts due to clogged pores.
Additionally, diet also plays a role in acne breakouts.
